Six Pack Shortcuts - Phase 4


The final phase of the Six Pack Shortcuts program contains 10 different workouts. These are the workouts that you can continue to do once the program is over to maintain your six pack.
These workouts are also done in a split style with you focusing on individual muscles and the idea is to cut down the last few pounds of fat that you may have and to enable you to keep them off in the future.
Once you reach this phase, you should see a tremendous difference in your body.
This is it – this is where you’ll really get to see the fruits of your efforts. In Phase 4, you’ll go from just having “abs” to having fully defined six pack abs. And let me tell you...it’s a BIG difference.
